If you don’t have a tape measure, use a string: Wrap it around your wrist, mark the overlap, then measure the string with a ruler.

Our chart has weight (40kg–100kg) on the top row, height (150cm–155cm to 185cm–190cm) on the left column, and approximate wrist sizes (13.5–21) in the middle—use it as a reference.
